1. Company and Brand

PSS LLC, doing business as URNORY, is a Brooklyn, New York–based manufacturer of cremation urns.

“PSS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PSS LLC.

“You” refers to the purchaser or site visitor of White-Label Partner.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

2.2 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls in case of any conflict.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided at checkout and for safeguarding any account credentials.

4. Orders and Personalization

4.1 Manual Review

Every order is manually proofed by a graphic designer. We may adjust layout, spacing, capitalization, and legibility to achieve the best printed result while preserving your intended content.

4.2 No Customer Proof, No Pre-Production Sample

We do not send a final proof for approval and we do not produce pre-production samples.

4.3 Color Notice

Screen colors and printed finishes can differ due to screen illumination and print color limits. Variance in color or gloss is not a defect.

4.4 Change Requests

You may submit change requests. If production has not started, we will try to accommodate. Once production starts, changes are not guaranteed.

4.5 License to Use Your Content

You grant PSS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify for production needs, and display the text, images, logos, and other content you submit solely to produce and deliver your order and to provide customer support.

This license terminates after we complete your order and any required support, subject to our data retention policy.

4.6 Creative Work Product

Any layouts, typographic choices, compositions, or artwork created or adapted by PSS remain PSS intellectual property.

You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use that creative work only as embodied in the physical product you purchase.

4.7 Irreversible Stage

After production starts, there are no refunds for custom items.

4.8 Specification Changes

We may make minor changes to materials, finishes, or dimensions that do not materially affect function or appearance, to improve quality or availability.

4.9 Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, obscene, or defamatory, or that misuses third-party trademarks or likenesses without written permission. We may decline or cancel any order that violates this rule.

4.10 Right to Refuse or Cancel

We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected infringement, suspected fraud, or misuse of our services.

If payment was captured, we will refund the product price for any order we cancel before production.

4.11 Preview Accuracy

Online previews, on-screen mockups, and sample images are approximations for convenience. Final layout, scale, and color may vary within normal production tolerances.

4.12 Obvious Typos

We may correct obvious spelling, capitalization, or spacing errors at our discretion. You remain responsible for the accuracy of all text and content you submit.

4.13 Sensitive Content Permissions

You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to use personal likenesses, military or organizational emblems, religious symbols, or copyrighted artwork. We may decline designs that lack clear permissions.

4.14 Manufacturing Partners

We may use qualified partners for components or finishing while maintaining final personalization and quality control in our Brooklyn facility.

4.15 Discontinuation

We may modify or discontinue products without notice if doing so does not materially degrade function or appearance of orders already placed.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method you select.

5.1 Taxes and Exemptions

Resellers and tax-exempt entities must provide a valid exemption certificate before purchase. Refunds for tax after checkout are not guaranteed.

5.2 Payment Authorization and Verification

You authorize us to obtain payment authorizations and to verify identity or payment details. We may refuse or cancel an order if verification fails.

5.4 Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback, you agree to contact us and allow reasonable time to resolve the issue. We provide carrier and production records in response to any dispute.

Unresolved chargebacks may delay any remedy and will be netted against future orders or refunds.

6. Production Time and Shipping

6.1 24-Hour Production Option

“Ships within 24 hours” applies to business hours only. The production clock starts when payment clears and all required files are received in a printable state.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff are processed the next business day at 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We observe U.S. national holidays and Jewish holidays.

6.2 Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss

Third-party carriers provide shipping. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier accepts the package. Carrier delays, weather, or errors are outside our control.

6.3 Addresses, Reshipment, and Signature

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package returns due to an incorrect address or refusal, reship fees may apply.

6.4 Delivery Issues

Report missing or damaged packages within 3 days of the carrier delivery scan and include photos of packaging and product.

6.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, weather, power outages, labor disputes, acts of government, epidemics, or holidays we observe.

6.6 Pre-Orders

Pre-order ship dates are estimates. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before production begins.

7. Returns, Remakes, and Cancellations

Personalized items are made to order and are not returnable.

7.1 Our Error or Manufacturing Issue

If there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by PSS, notify us within 7 days with photos.

Our remedy, at our option, is a remake or a refund of the product price (expedited shipping excluded).

7.2 Material Deviation Standard

A “material deviation” is determined solely by PSS.

Minor variations in color tone, alignment, or finish are not considered material deviations.

7.3 Customer Errors

Typos, low-resolution images, or design choices supplied by you are your responsibility. We can often offer a discounted remake.

7.4 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production starts.

7.5 Remake Logistics

For approved remakes:

  • If PSS error or defect → prepaid return or photo documentation.
  • If customer-caused → you pay return shipping and fees.

8. Product Information and Care

Capacities are expressed in cubic inches. Standard adult urns are 200 cubic inches.

Indoor display only. Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Do not use abrasives or solvents.

8.1 Measurement and Finish Tolerances

Minor variations are not defects.

8.2 Product Origin

“Made in USA” refers to personalization and assembly; materials may be imported.

8.3 Compatibility

We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party vaults or accessories.

8.4 Quality Control Photos

We may photograph finished products for internal quality control. We do not publish personal details without consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content are the exclusive property of PSS LLC or our licensors.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9.1 No Implied Rights

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

9.3 DMCA Notices

Send DMCA notices to legal@pssart.com with your contact information and statement of good faith.

10. Third-Party Services

Payment processors, shipping carriers, and design tools are operated by third parties. Their terms apply in addition to ours.

10.1 Export and Sanctions Compliance

You represent you are not on any U.S. restricted list and will not use products in violation of export laws.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

Products include a limited warranty for material and workmanship defects at delivery.

All other warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PSS LLC (URNORY) from any claims arising from content you provide.

14. Local Rules and Compliance

You are responsible for confirming compliance with cemetery or columbarium regulations.

15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Governed by the laws of New York State.

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in New York County under the AAA rules.

15.1 Time Limit

Claims must be filed within one year.

15.2 Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing legal@pssart.com.

15.3 Injunctive Relief

Either party may seek court injunctions for IP protection.

16. Privacy and Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data.

By purchasing, you consent to receive service messages by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

16.1 Data Retention and Deletion

You may request deletion after fulfillment, subject to legal requirements.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date.

Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

18. No Resale

You may not purchase for resale without written approval. Unauthorized resale voids warranty.

19. Assignment, Entire Agreement, and Severability

You may not assign rights without our consent.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

White-Label Partner Addendum: Funeral Homes

This addendum applies when PSS operates a branded online urn store for your business.

A1. Storefront and Branding

PSS hosts a branded store integrated with your site. You authorize use of your name and logo.

A2. Pricing and Margins

You set retail prices (not below base cost). You receive the margin between your retail price and our base.

A3. Order Flow and Fulfillment

PSS fulfills directly to your customer. Most personalized orders ship within 24 business hours.

A4. Payment Settlement

Payouts occur bi-weekly to your designated account, net of refunds, chargebacks, and fees.

A5. Returns and Remakes

Personalized items follow Section 7. PSS handles product defects; partners handle policy promises.

A6. Support and SLAs

PSS provides customer support within one business day. Rush issues prioritized for active funerals.

A7. Data and Privacy

Each party is an independent controller for its own data.

A7.1 Confidentiality

Both parties must keep non-public information confidential.

A7.2 Non-Solicitation

Partner will not solicit PSS employees for 6 months after termination.

A8. Use of Names and Photos

PSS will not publish customer names, dates, or inscriptions without consent.

A9. Liability and Indemnity

Each party limits liability to amounts earned or paid in the prior three months.

A10. Term, Termination, and Survival

Either party may terminate with 14 days’ notice. Open orders will be honored.
